Purpose
Tan Divina is a fashion discovery and comparison platform for celebrations and everyday wear. It brings together products published by partner shops so you can search, filter and compare them. Tan Divina does not sell products: “View in shop” takes you to the shop’s website, which makes the sale and is responsible for it (final price, availability, shipping, returns and guarantees).
Accuracy
Product data (prices, sizes, availability, images and descriptions) comes from the shops and is refreshed periodically. Temporary differences with the shop’s website may exist; the information shown by the shop at the time of purchase always prevails.
Intellectual property
The design, original texts and the Tan Divina brand belong to UbbieStudio OÜ. Product trademarks, logos, images and descriptions belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify the products and link to the corresponding shop.
Links and affiliation
Some links to shops are affiliate links: if you buy after clicking, Tan Divina may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See Affiliation & transparency.
Liability
Tan Divina is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites it links to, nor for purchases made on them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
Disputes will be heard by the competent courts of Estonia, unless applicable law sets another mandatory venue; if you act as a consumer, you always keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts where you live.
